He was a member of the US Junior Chamber of Commerce, 1955 to 1968, President 1959 to 1960, a member of the Lions Club since 1955 and served as President 1961 to 1962. He served on the Supreme Court Committee, Chairman "Lawyer Discipline." He was an Oklahoma Bar Foundation Fellow and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Gee was appointed to the 10th circuit court of appeals. He was an unsuccessful candidate for U.S. He served in the State Senate 1965 to 1968, and was Senate Administrator from 1968 to 1971. He was a partner in the Wallace and Owens Law Firm since 1965. He had worked as Ottawa County Assistant County Attorney, 1955, he was elected to serve as the Ottawa County Attorney in 1960, and then again in 1972 to 1973. He graduated from the Muskogee (OK) High School with the class of 1949, graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School in 1955, the International Legal Fraternity, Phi Dellt Phi, 1953, and was the Oklahoma Law Review Note Editor. Gee was born Februin Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert L. Robert Sanford "Bob" Gee of Miami died at 9:05 a.m., Sunday, Jat his home after an illness.
